What is Breath Work?

The breath is the most powerful source of energy available to you. It touches every dimension of your life - the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of your life. It is something that far too often, we take for granted. By developing awareness of your breath, and creating the habit of consciously and intentionally using your breath, you can dramatically impacts your health and ability to heal, your mental, physical, and creative performance, as well as your emotional intelligence and well-being. It is also especially effective for counteracting the damaging effects of chronic stress. Our breathwork program combines cutting edge science and medical research with time-tested techniques and the latest technology to help you harness this transformative energy and take more control over your health, performance, and emotions.

How Does it Work?

There are different kinds of energy – physical energy, emotional energy, creative energy, and spiritual energy. Each of them has their own dynamic.
