Refreshing Low Sugar Beverages For Summer

#1 Ginger-Fruit Sparkling Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • One 16oz bottle of Synergy's Kombucha, "Trilogy Flavor," flavored with raspberry, lemon, and ginger; dark-bottle is preferred over the clear bottle
  • Sparkling water made at home with a Soda Stream or store-bought
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • A little extra lemon juice, from freshly squeezed lemon (optional)

Directions:

Drop ice cubes into a tall glass. Pour into the glass: 2 parts kombucha, 1 part sparking water, and a splash of lemon. Voila!


#2 Sparking Water with Fresh Lemon or 100% Cranberry Juice

Ingredients:

  • Lakewood Organic 100% Cranberry Juice
  • Sparkling water made at home with a Soda Stream or store-bought
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Lemon juice, from freshly squeezed lemons

Directions:

Cranberry flavor: Drop ice cubes into a tall glass. Pour into the glass: 2 parts sparkling water, 1 part 100% cranberry juice. So refreshing!
